In Human Design, the types without a defined Sacral Centre (Manifestors, Projectors and Reflectors) don’t have the same work force energy that Generator types have. They’re not designed to go go go all the time like Generators can nor do they have the ability to recharge their batteries while they sleep so they can do it all again the next day.
If you are one of these types, you must find work that allows you to go with your energy flow so you don’t risk burning out. You can’t sustain continuous work over the course of your life the way Generator types can. You may work longer and harder than Generators while you’re young because of your ability to borrow their sacral energy and live off their energetic fumes, but as you get older your open sacral loses the ability to borrow the same amount of energy. Think of it like your smartphone battery that gradually needs recharging more often because it loses its capacity to stay charged for as long. This is why finding a way to work flexibly is vital for you as you get older when you need to put strategies in place that allow you to rest when required and work when you’re feeling vital.
