About the Program
This personalised coaching program is designed to help you work towards a personal goal and deal with barriers that can hinder your success.
Whether you have a specific goal such as transitioning your career, making a new habit; changing your living status, creating more balance in your life, or you your just want to reach self-actualisation and find more personal fulfilment in life, this program can help you get there.
During this program we use various tools and techniques to help you work towards your goal and remove any internal and external barriers to success. We work together to harness your strengths, manage your weaknesses, and create an action plan that helps you confidently navigate your way towards your goals and ultimately to personal fulfilment.
Choose from a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month program based on your goals.
The Coaching Program includes:
✪. 30-minute complimentary consultation to discuss your needs and to determine if we're right together.
✪. 2 x 60-minute personal coaching sessions each month
✪. Tailored personal action plan to help you navigate through the transformation process.
✪. Email check in and access to Amber through email.
✪. Personal homework/activities to complete in-between sessions to keep you on track.
What's covered during the coaching sessions
Each person will transition towards a goal or change at their own pace and with their own barriers, blocks, old patterns, resistance, conditioning, trauma, mindset, and personal needs to work through.. This means each coaching sessions is personalised and guided by your specific needs and the nature of your goal..
We begin the program by discussing and setting your goal for the program. We then create an action plan together to help you achieve your goal and to keep you accountable along the journey. Each session is focused on progressing towards your goal and following or tweaking your action plan while we also overcome barriers to your success.
During these sessions I help you decondition, work on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual blockers, and help you create new pathways towards your desired future.
At the conclusion of the program, we work together to ensure you are prepared for what's next and you are fully equipped to navigate on your own into the future.
