Q: What can I do to get the most out of my Biofield Tuning Sessions? It is best to be well-hydrated before a session, and to continue to hydrate the rest of the day. I always recommend that clients take a bath with epsom salt at some point during the day of their session. If you don’t have a bathtub, a foot soak with epsom salt works well, too. Some people feel very energized after a session, but most people report feeling a bit tired later in the day and will benefit from going to bed early. The effects of the session tend to deepen over several days. General self-care will help you to get the most from your sessions. Q: How will I feel after my session? Some people may experience what BFT practitioners refer to as “detox” symptoms, especially the first few times. This can feel like tiredness, sensitivities, slight muscle soreness, etc. It generally passes within a few hours or perhaps a day or so at the most. Not everyone experiences this. Taking a bath with epsom salt, staying very well hydrated, walking barefoot outside, and going to bed early can really help diminish any uncomfortable feelings.
